These Terms & Conditions (“Official Rules”) govern the “AirDoctor 2026 My Dirty Filter Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor, are final in all respects. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by AirDoctor, LLC, PO Box 9156, Van Nuys, CA 91409-8291 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age are not eligible to enter or participate. Any entry submitted by or on behalf of a person under eighteen (18) years of age will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified. Sponsor will not use, own, license, or otherwise exploit any User-Generated Content (as defined below) submitted in connection with an invalid entry from an ineligible minor. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is intended for individuals who have experience with Sponsor’s AirDoctor product. However, no purchase is necessary to enter or receive a prize. Entrants must have legitimate experience with the AirDoctor product to submit a qualifying entry, but such experience may be obtained through means other than purchase (e.g., product trial, gift, or demonstration, subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion).

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins July 22, 2026, at 12:00AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at the earlier of (i) when 50 qualifying entries are received or (ii) on August 4, 2026, at 11:59PM PT (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.Any entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period (including after 50 qualifying entries have been received) will not be valid and will not be considered or eligible for a Prize (as defined below).

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Giveaway Period, visit the entry link provided by Sponsor via email (the “Entry Link”), which directs to a dedicated website page hosted by or on behalf of Sponsor. Follow the instructions to upload a short original video (between 15-30 seconds long) showing your AirDoctor air purifier’s dirty pre-filter and explaining why it is dirty. The video: 1) must be your own original content, 2) must show an AirDoctor air purifier and its pre-filter, and 3) must specifically explain why your pre-filter is dirty starting with the required phrase, “My AirDoctor filter is gross because…”. In addition to the video submission, you must provide your first and last name and a valid email address as part of the entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per household. Entries must be original, include all required information, and comply with these Official Rules.

By submitting an entry, you represent that you own all rights to the video (including copyrightsand any other intellectual property rights) and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You further represent and warrant that any individuals who appear in the video or whose likeness, voice, or other identifiable features are included have given you their express permission and consent to be featured in the video and for the video to be submitted in this Giveaway and used as described in these Official Rules (including the grant of rights below). Automated, scripted, macro, or robotic entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides incomplete or inaccurate required information.

Any Entries that contain material that is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, racially or religiously biased or offensive or sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity will be disqualified. Entry cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses. Entry cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission. Entry cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission. Entry cannot be defamatory or trade libelous.

Sponsor reserves the right to screen all Entries. Any Entries that Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to remove any Entries (or any part thereof) and/or to request an Entrant to modify, edit and/or re-submit his or her Entry (or any part thereof) in order to ensure that the Entries comply with these rules, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any point during or after this Giveaway, thenSponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying the Entries and Entrant (and therefore the corresponding Entry) to help ensure that this Giveaway is being conducted in accordance with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these rules.

In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address provided with the Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The Potential Prize Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

No entry fee or purchase is required. There is no alternative method of entry beyond using the provided Entry Link.

5. Prizes

The first 50 qualifying entries received that fully comply with these Official Rules will each receive one (1) AirDoctor Filter 1-Year Combo Pack of the Winner’s choice for either the AD1000, D2000, AD3000, AD3500, AD4000, AD5000 or AD5500 (each, a “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $120.57 - $335.75.

No prize substitutes, cash equivalent, or transfers allowed except that if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may award a substitute of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value except where required by law. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a Prize Winner may be reported for tax purposes where required by law. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in the availability or delivery of a Prize for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation, delays due to health risks or governmental restrictions, such as those that may be implemented to mitigate pandemics, epidemics, or similar public health emergencies) – no confirmed Prize Winner nor any other person or entity will be compensated in the event of such delay.

6. Prize Winner Determination and Notification

The first 50 qualifying entries received during the Giveaway Period, based on the timestamp of submission as determined by Sponsor’s records and that fully comply with these Official Rules, will be deemed a Potential Prize Winner. This is a first-come, first-served promotion; there is no random drawing or element of chance. Sponsor will notify Potential Prize Winners via the email address provided during entry within seven (7) days of determination. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. If the Prize is won by an eligible Entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence, the Prize will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. The verifiedPotential Prize Winner is referred to herein as the “Prize Winner.” Any failure by a Potential Prize Winner to respond within the time designated by Sponsor to his/her notification or any other Sponsor communications may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Potential Prize Winner is subject to verification, including verification of age. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes by Sponsor. If a Potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the prize such Potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize. If a Potential Prize Winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, then Sponsor may, but shall not be required to, select an alternate Potential Prize Winner from amongst all remaining eligible Entries. All expenses on receipt and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner.

7. Grant of Rights to User-Generated Content

By submitting a video or any other content (collectively, “User-Generated Content”) as part of your entry via the Entry Link, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the User-Generated Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed (including social media, digital platforms, traditional advertising, media, websites, email, print, television, radio, and promotional materials), for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, publicity, trade, and commercial purposes, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Entrants agree to assign and hereby do assign to Sponsor the ownership rights to all User-Generated Content (including Entries). Upon the Sponsor’s request, Entrants agree to sign any further document(s) as may be deemed necessary by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to perfect, or give full effect, to such grant and assignment.

You waive any moral rights or rights of attribution in the User-Generated Content. You agree that Sponsor may use your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the User-Generated Content. This license and assignment survive termination of the Giveaway or your participation.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, Prize Winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, statements about the Giveaway, product review(s), testimonial (in whole or part), Prize information and address (city and state) or other likeness (collectively, “Attributes”) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law) and each Prize Winner releases Sponsor from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.

9. Winners’ List

For a copy of the Prize Winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Attn: AIR DOCTOR 2026 MY DIRTY FILTER GIVEAWAY Winner List Request, PO Box 9156, Van Nuys, CA 91409-8291. Requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Giveaway Period.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factor impairs its integrity, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the Giveaway.

Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (b) technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of the Entry Link or website; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, destroyed or garbled Entries.

Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary due to any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, act of God, public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist threat, war, government law/order/regulation, public health restrictions (e.g., due to pandemics, epidemics, or similar health crises), or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award prizes based on valid, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of cancellation.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE GIVEAWAY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

Each Entrant irrevocably agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to waive, on behalf of themselves and their family and associated persons or businesses, all claims, lawsuits, and damages, of every name and nature, known and unknown, now existing or hereinafter at any time arising, against all other Entrants, Sponsor, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage with respect to or in any way arising from this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the Prize, including liability for personal injury, death, damage or monetary loss, and including any travel related thereto. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, destroyed or garbled Entries.

Entrants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and, as such, hereby have been advised of the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

12. Privacy

All information received from Entrant shall be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy regarding such information, which is available at https://airdoctorpro.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you are selected as a Prize Winner, your information may be included in a publicly available Prize Winner list.

13. Binding Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be settled by binding arbitration in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided that such location is reasonably convenient for claimant), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with the procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS (“JAMS Rules and Procedures”) then prevailing, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to the JAMS Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable California statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law. In the event that the claimant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the claimant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation. If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal (other than that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis), or otherwise conflicts with the rules and procedures established by JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms asif the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, the portion that is deemed invalid, unenforceable or illegal is that claims will not be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither claimant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. Upon filing a demand for arbitration, all parties to such arbitration shall have the right of discovery, which discovery shall be completed within sixty (60) days after the demand for arbitration is made, unless further extended by mutual agreement of the parties.

THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY , EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY , OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANT.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by U.S. law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 13 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.

15. Miscellaneous

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, with notice posted on its website or social media. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
